An interior designer, who has lived in the Far East and in Europe, decorates our townhouses and understands what our international guests expect. Special emphasis has been given to the Owners Club International’s Art Collection. The townhouses are fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.





Our philosophy is to provide a useful service package to our owners. This is a home away from home, your own townhouse, not like a standard hotel apartment. Additional services are available, too, if desired. As opposed to hotel apartments in fractional ownership, we do not inflate our operating costs with unnecessary services and high management fees.
To maintain the townhouse and keep it in pristine condition, annual maintenance costs are projected for each of the units. The annual maintenance fee includes payment for utilities, contents insurance, water, condo fees, real estate taxes, contributions to a reserve account, maintenance, maid/cleaning, accounting, management fees and your Golf Club Membership, but all these charges are at cost.

What's the best deal?
Paying cash with no financing. As a cash buyer of one share in the real estate LLC owning the villa, pay $69,000 now (low season price) plus your annual share of the operating expenses of $2,115* for 28 nights every year. If you exercise the buyback option, your entire investment representing the purchase price of the share will be returned, guaranteed, from a trust account holding the necessary cash amount and through an escrow agent. The deposit is just 10% of the purchase price (starting from $6,900 for 28 nights in low season). Monthly payments: starting from $590 or $7,073 annually (including mortgage payment, insurance premium, operating and maintenance expenses, management fee, property tax and your personal Golf Club Membership).
Your total cost of vacation: $1,768 per week initially including all the additional benefits of the Owners Club International's membership program.
