The owner of a share in a Grenelefe home comes to a perfectly decorated and equipped condo in a golf resort and can focus with passion on his game. The Owners Club International's housekeeping service has the apartment in immaculate condition before his arrival and will clean it again after his departure. Extra housekeeping services in between are available upon request. As opposed to rental apartments there are no additional costs for sales tax (7,75%) and cleaning ($200). The Owners Club International guarantees that an owner will recover at least his purchase price when he resells his ownership interest between year 6 and year 8 after his purchase.
The necessary money to repurchase all the ownership interests in a condo or a villa is secured by depositing Senior Life Settlement Policies (SLS) statistically maturing in eight years in the same nominal amount in a trust account with an escrow agent. The cash for the repurchases is generated by the SLS maturing.

The deposit for a 28-night fraction in a 3-bedroom unit starts at $2,900 or 10% of the purchase price. The seller provides a mortgage for the balance, term 8 years, no qualification required.
A 4-week vacation in this exclusive condo costs only $2,057 a year if you resell your share after 8 years to The Owners Club International. This is the price you pay under the 10% deposit plan. If you pay cash, $29,000 for your share, you will get your entire equity investment back after 8 years and your vacation costs only your share of the annual operating expenses or $1,412* a year.

*Each fractional owner pays his share of the operating expenses by way of an annual management fee. The Owners Club International charges only the actual operating costs, but they are subject to changes. Each owner will pay a budget amount in advance and will receive the operating statement at the end of the year. Adjustments will be made depending on the actual expenses paid by the management company.

South Course: Designed by renowned golf course architect Ron Garl and PGA Tour player Andy Bean, the 18-hole South Course opened in 1983. The course features flat terrain with wide fairways. Creative undulations and moundings built into the course's greens test even the best of putting skills. Numerous camouflaged sand bunkers and water hazards add to the challenge.

East Course: The East Course is shorter, straighter and narrower than the South Course. The course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay and opened in 1978 with major refurbishing taking place over the years. The challenge starts early on this course – it opens with its 535-yard, par 5 signature hole.

Resort Condominiums are located throughout the community in a variety of sizes and floor plans to accommodate any lifestyle. These homes range in size from 900 square feet to 1,600 square feet and available floor plans range from one bedroom/one bathroom to three bedrooms/three bathrooms. The condominium units are located in buildings consisting of eight homes.

All condominiums feature recently remodeled and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms and spacious living and dining areas. From top to bottom, the condominiums feature all new drapery, wall coverings, carpet, tile and fixtures. Each is stylishly appointed with furniture and artwork. Linens, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to outdoor patios and balconies offering scenic views of the golf courses, natural setting of cypress trees, oak trees and majestic pines or lushly landscaped grounds.

Internet – each condominium features broadband cable for Internet access.

Laundry – each condominium is equipped with a washer and dryer. Professional laundry and dry cleaning service is available outside the resort.

Housekeeping – housekeeping service is provided prior to your arrival and after your departure to ensure the condominium is prepared and in top condition for every owner's stay.

Mail – mail is delivered and picked up each day at the resort. Postal boxes are available to rent on property or at the main post office.

With comfortable year-round temperatures, you can participate in outdoor activities every day of the year. Within the resort property, several amenities are provided for Owners and their guests to enjoy:

Swimming Pools: Dive into one of Grenelefe's three free-form swimming pools. All are temperature controlled and equipped with lounge furniture. Relax or read under the shaded poolside pavilion. Two Jacuzzis provide a refreshing break from a round of golf or a tennis match. Pools are within a short walking distance from any of the condominiums.

Tennis: Tennis is an ideal sport for an active Florida lifestyle, and Grenelefe offers plenty of opportunities to play. There are 16 courts located throughout the property, although only twelve are currently open for play. Resort management plans to restore the additional tennis courts as demand increases and more courts are needed.

Fitness: Nature trails throughout the resort are perfect for outdoor exercise: You can bike, walk, or run while enjoying the beauty of the lush landscape and natural terrain. Fitness trails offer exercise stations throughout the community. Grenelefe also offers a fitness center for an effective workout.

Outdoors: Grenelefe is located on Lake Marion, a 7,000-acre freshwater lake, featuring hardwood swamps, marshes, oak hammocks and streams. More than 70 species of birds have been documented at the lake with other wildlife such as deer and turkey frequently spotted. Natural walkways provide access for bird watching, wildlife study, photography and nature walks.

Fishing: Lake Marion is a fisherman's paradise featuring freshwater large-mouth black bass, blue gill, speckled perch and catfish. A number of local marinas and fish camps provide anglers all the services needed for a day of fishing or boating including boat rental, bait, guide services and equipment. Fishing licenses are required for anglers over the age of 15.
